Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of seou.ai, including our websites, applications, APIs, dashboards, AI features, SEO tools, media tools, publishing workflows, support, and related services. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, using Google Sign-In, connecting an integration, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use seou.ai on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. The organization is responsible for all activity in its workspace.

Users must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken through connected integrations.

seou.ai supports two organization roles: admin and member. Admins can create, edit, delete, publish, manage integrations, manage billing, manage security, and manage team settings. Members are read-only and may view workspace data but cannot save, delete, publish, invite users, change settings, connect integrations, upload files, or trigger jobs.

Customer Content includes business profiles, website data, uploaded images, drafts, generated content, briefs, SEO data, keywords, instructions, publishing schedules, and other information submitted to or created in seou.ai for a workspace.

Customers retain ownership of their Customer Content. You grant seou.ai a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, create derivatives from, and otherwise use Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for Customer Content, including ensuring that you have rights to upload, process, generate, publish, and distribute it. You must not upload or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

seou.ai provides AI-assisted features for SEO research, strategy, content, images, metadata, and recommendations. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your business or industry. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving AI outputs before use or publication.

AI outputs do not constitute legal, financial, medical, tax, SEO, advertising, regulatory, or professional advice. seou.ai does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, publication approval, provider acceptance, Google Business Profile performance, Google Business Profile eligibility, or business outcomes.

You must not use AI features to generate malware, phishing, spam, deceptive content, illegal content, regulated advice without appropriate review, or content that infringes third-party rights.

You may choose to connect third-party services such as Google Search Console or future publishing providers. By connecting an integration, you authorize seou.ai to access, store, refresh, use, and transmit integration data as needed to provide the connected features.

You represent that you have the right to connect each account, website, property, profile, or channel to seou.ai. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. seou.ai is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their data practices, or changes to their APIs.

Use of Google Maps and Places features is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service at https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/terms and the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

If an integration token expires, is revoked, or fails, related features may stop working until the integration is reconnected.

Uploads must comply with our size, type, security, malware scanning, and acceptable-use requirements. seou.ai may reject, quarantine, process, optimize, convert, thumbnail, scan, or delete files to protect the service and other users.

Publishing, scheduling, and automation features are tools to help manage workflows. You remain responsible for verifying content, images, links, disclosures, claims, timing, targeting, and compliance with laws, platform rules, and customer requirements before publishing.

SEO, local search, Google Business Profile, and Google Business Profile publishing workflows may affect how third-party platforms evaluate, rank, display, approve, restrict, suspend, or remove content, profiles, listings, posts, or accounts. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations and published materials before use and for monitoring third-party platform responses after publication.

You must use seou.ai responsibly and lawfully. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe activity threatens users, the service, third parties, or legal compliance.

Some features may be subject to limits, quotas, rate limits, plan restrictions, or fair-use controls. We may change feature availability, limits, or supported integrations as the service evolves.

We work to keep seou.ai reliable, but the service may be unavailable due to maintenance, incidents, third-party failures, provider outages, network issues, or events outside our control.

Paid plans, trials, taxes, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing terms will be presented at purchase or in a separate order form, checkout, or subscription agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed order form or enterprise agreement, the more specific agreement controls for that customer.

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Confidential information must be used only for the purposes of the relationship and protected with reasonable care.

seou.ai maintains security controls designed for a multi-tenant SaaS service, including database-backed sessions, tenant-scoped authorization, private media storage, signed asset access, CSRF protection, rate limits, audit logs, and encryption for provider secrets. You are responsible for securing your own devices, accounts, passwords, admins, and connected providers.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information. By using seou.ai, you acknowledge the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. If you process personal information in Customer Content, you are responsible for your own notices, permissions, and legal basis.

You may stop using seou.ai at any time. Admins may request deletion of their workspace according to available account controls and support processes.

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, abuse, violation of these Terms, legal requirement, provider requirement, or risk to the service. After termination, we may delete or retain information according to the Privacy Policy, backup schedules, legal obligations, and security needs.

seou.ai is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and guaranteed SEO, AI, publishing, ranking, traffic, revenue, or business results.

Use of the service, including AI-generated recommendations, SEO actions, publishing workflows, Google Business Profile workflows, and third-party integrations, may produce errors or unintended outcomes. These outcomes may include inaccurate or noncompliant content, ranking changes, traffic declines, Search Console or analytics changes, Google Business Profile performance declines, content rejection, profile restriction, profile suspension, listing changes, or other platform enforcement decisions. You are responsible for human review, approval, and monitoring of content, recommendations, settings, and publication decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, seou.ai and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, business interruption, lost revenue, or reputational harm arising from use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by the customer to seou.ai for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no amounts were paid.

You will defend and indemnify seou.ai from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from Customer Content, your use of the service, your connected integrations, your publication decisions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. If changes are material, we will provide appropriate notice. Continued use of seou.ai after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires separate consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
